My fiancee (wife in two weeks!) knows me well enough to not question those kinds of calls. Our house can be a lot happier with those rides.

Re: “Four Wheels Move Your Body…

Great article, Robb. Just yesterday I had a pretty challenging and frustrating day at work. As I was leaving the office, bike on the rack, I called home and said "I had a horrible day at work, I'm going to the trail and I'm riding as hard as I can, for as long as I can to get all of this out of me before I come home." By the time I put the bike back on the rack to go home, I had, not only accomplished a big improvement in my riding that day (improved my "lap time" almost 2 minutes), but I had worked out all my problems from work, had a plan to handle things, could not wait to be with my family and was in total peace with the world. Two wheels moving my mind AND soul.

Re: “Four Wheels Move Your Body…

So true, big Rob, so true. Riding in these exotic locales brings something extra to the sport, the fact you are on vacation and can plan around the rides is fantastic.

Re: “Four Wheels Move Your Body…

I'm about to learn how to bike!
